People still ask me how do you use your entire basket each week. So here are a few tips to use your basket every week, lower your grocery bill, and eat healthier
1. Plan your menu around what you get in your basket.
a. I look through cook books and online for recipes that have several ingredients
and plan using what I have.
2. Cut up all your produce.
a. If its not cut up, who is going to eat it? If I cut my melons, peppers, cucumbers,
celery... my family will eat it. If it is already cut I dont have to talk myself into it later.
And it wont go bad.
3. Use as snacks
a. I have small Ziploc bags that have celery, peppers, apples, berries cucumbers slices so when its
snack time I have a quick alternative to fruit snacks.
If you implement at least 1 tip you will be surprised on how much less you will spend in the grocery store. you will use your entire basket and you will be eating better. Thats just 1 tip.

Why
I wanted a place to put how I use my Bountiful Basket. This seemed like the best way to go. I know 3 blogs might just actually kill me but people look and want ways to eat healthier and cheaper. Bountiful Baskets has helped me implement healthier options into my families diet. We eat better and have a variety of new foods that we try. I have also been able to drop my grocery bill a ton by using bountiful baskets. I hope that this blog gives you ideas on how to use your basket each week.
